YEAR-ROUND SAQ & SKILLS PROGRAM!
Athletes who chose to do additional skills classes are athletes that stand out to us! You will see a difference in your ability by enrolling in this class. These past few seasons we saw several athletes really excel due to their commitment to getting better and putting themselves in a position to be challenged and grow in their ability. As we continue to impress upon our athletes the importance of this program, I want to acknowledge all of you who have chosen to enroll in our Skills and/or SAQ program. It will continue to be a vital program to your success in conjunction with what we are learning during practice! Please give these programs time. Going in and out of the program will slow down progress. To do over a long period of time (especially S.A.Q) is when you will really see the difference it can make!
